Eric Zichterman brings more than 25 years of experience in construction, mining, and industrial operations, combining hands-on field experience, business ownership, industrial hygiene, regulatory compliance, and leadership development.
Eric began his career working in the trades before building and operating his own construction company. That experience gave him firsthand perspective on the challenges owners face—balancing regulatory requirements, workforce expectations, productivity, financial performance, and the realities of getting work done in the field.
Today, as Founder and CEO of Forged Sentinel Group, Eric works with organizations across the country on industrial hygiene, OSHA and MSHA compliance, exposure assessment, and leadership development. His industrial hygiene work includes evaluating occupational exposures such as respirable crystalline silica, dust, noise, and other workplace hazards, helping organizations move beyond assumptions and make decisions based on measurable data.
Eric also works directly with owners, executives, supervisors, and frontline leaders to develop stronger systems and stronger leadership. His approach is grounded in a simple belief: compliance has to protect the worker while also making sense from the owner’s chair.
That perspective allows Eric to bridge the gap between regulatory requirements and real-world operations—building practical, defensible programs that work in the field, not just on paper.
